For the fudge layer- 4 Tbsp Butter 3 Cups Mini Marshmallows 1 Cup Sugar ½ Cup Heavy Cream ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder ½ tsp Vanilla Extract 1 ½ Cups White Chocolate Chips ½ tsp Salt ½- 1 tsp Tasteless Red Gel Food Coloring Optional- Sprinkles

For the cream cheese frosting layer- 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 Tbsp Butter 1 Cup Powdered Sugar ¼ tsp Vanilla 1/3 Cup White Chocolate Chips Pinch of Salt

Line a square pan with parchment paper and then butter the parchment.

Place butter, marshmallows, heavy cream, sugar and cocoa powder in a large pot over low/medium heat, stirring frequently until it is all melted and smooth.

Add in white chocolate chips and continue to heat on low heat, stirring frequently until the chips are melted.

Add red food coloring and mix add more until desired color is achieved. Spread the mixture in your prepared pan.  Refrigerate for at least an hour.

With an electric mixer cream together butter and cream cheese, add in powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until well incorporated.

Place white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments stirring in between until melted and smooth.

Mix melted white chocolate into the butter & cream cheese mixture until it is well blended.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the fudge.

Sprinkle on sprinkles or sanding sugar if desired. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
