INGREDIENTS Butter  Chocolate Chips Sugar  Flour  Eggs  Vanilla  Apple Cider Vinegar Salt  Baking Powder  Red Food Coloring  Powdered Sugar  Cream Cheese

In a medium saucepan over low heat melt butter and chocolate chips. Stir frequently until they are melted and smooth.

Remove from heat, add in sugar and continue stirring until the sugar is well incorporated.

Add in eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Add in vanilla and apple cider vinegar, mix well.

In a separate bowl mix together flour, salt and baking powder.  Add the flour mixture gradually to the chocolate mixture stirring after each addition until all the flour has been incorporated.

Add in food coloring 1/2 teaspoon at a time stirring after each addition until the desired color is reached.

Spread the brownie batter into a square baking pan that has been lined with parchment paper and buttered. Bake at 325  for about 45 minutes.  Allow too cool completely

In a mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, and powdered sugar a little at a time mixing after each addition until it is all incorporated.

Spread frosting evenly over the cooled brownies, sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.
