Ingredients  Flour Corn Starch  Butter  Eggs  Cocoa Powder  Sugar  Heavy Cream  Powdered Sugar  Vanilla  Orange Food Coloring  Hershey's Kisses  Halloween Sprinkles

Cream together butter and sugar.  Add in egg and continue mixing until well incorporated.

Whisk together flour, corn starch, cocoa powder and salt.

Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture mixing after each addition until it is all incorporated.

Remove the dough from the bowl and roll into a long with a diameter of about 1.5 in.

Wrap the dough cylinder in wax or parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

When ready to bake slice the dough in  1/4- 1/2 in slices. Place on a parchment wrapped cookie sheet. Bake at 350 8-12 minutes.  Let cool completely.

 To make the frosting- Whip the butter until creamy. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream.  Continue mixing until light and fluffy.  Add in orange food coloring a few drops at a time, mixing in between each addition until desired color is reached.

 Place a dot of frosting on the bottom of a Hershey's kiss.

 Place kiss in the center of a cooled cookie.

 Pipe frosting around the edge of the kiss and cover with sprinkles.
