Yeast Free Bread

This delicious bread is so easy! It only has 4 ingredients and doesn't require any yeast. Perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1- 1 1/4 Cups Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients.
  • Mix in 1 cup of milk, add additional milk a little at a time to form a slightly stick dough.
  • Knead dough briefly and pres into a circle 1 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cut a deep X across the dough.
  • Transfer to oven and bake for 35 minutes.
