First line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Next in a medium or large microwave safe mixing bowl combine the chocolate chips with the condensed milk.
Microwave in 30 second intervals mixing between each interval. Continue microwaving until the chocolate chips are melted. It should take about 2 minutes total.
Stir well to combine the two ingredients together completely.
If you prefer to not use the microwave you can place the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a double boiler, or in a heat safe pan over a pot with about an inch of water in the bottom. Heat over medium heat, mix and melt the chocolate chips and condensed milk together.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
When ready to serve, lift the fudge out of the baking pan with the parchment paper and place on a cutting board.
Use a sharp knife and cut the fudge into 1 inch squares and enjoy!
