Press shredded zucchini in between paper towels and squeeze
firmly to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl combine turkey, egg, zucchini and spices.
Knead together to mix well.
Separate into 4 equal pieces and flatten into burger patties.
Cook over med heat on the grill or in a skillet. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 170.
Serve with buns, and your favorite burger toppings
