VEGETABLE & CHEESE FRITTATA 

This vegetable and cheese frittata is full of fresh veggies, creamy cheese and hearty eggs! It comes together easily and is perfect for holidays, brunches or to have on hand for a quick and easy weekday breakfast!

Made with simple ingredients this is a healthy & tasty dish!  Eggs Cheddar Cheese Cottage Cheese Garlic Green Onions  Red Bell Pepper  Grape Tomatoes and  Spinach 

First all of the vegetables are finely diced. 

And then they are lightly sautéed to soften them and bring out their flavor. 

The vegetables are mixed in with eggs that have been whisked together with cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. 

The egg mixture is poured into a pie pan and baked to perfection!
