This super simple sheet pan dinner has the perfect blend of tender chicken and flavorful veggies! This easy weeknight dinner is a chicken recipe that your whole family will enjoy! Just pop it in the oven for a quick and easy meal!

Ingredients-  Chicken Thighs  Peppers- Green, Yellow & Red  Lemon Olive Oil  Red Onion Yellow Squash  Fresh Thyme Mushrooms Fresh Garlic  Salt & Pepper Onion Powder

Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and fresh thyme

 Season chicken with salt, pepper and onion powder.

 Place chicken and marinade in a zip top bag. Marinade for at least 15 minutes.

 Place chicken on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

 Add chopped veggies to the pan and continue baking about 25 minutes.

 Bake until chicken is golden brown and veggies are softened but not mushy.
