PUMPKIN CRUNCH CAKE

This pumpkin crunch cake is full of rich pumpkin flavor and fall spices topped with crunchy pecans. It is the perfect dessert to enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or dollop of whipped cream!

Made with simple ingredients it is so easy and tasty!  Cake mix Eggs Pumpkin Puree Sugar  Brown Sugar Evaporated Milk  Vanilla  Pecans Butter Pumpkin Pie Spice 

The pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugars and pumpkin pie spice are mixed together to create the pumpkin layer that is a lot like pumpkin pie. 

The pumpkin mixture is poured into a baking pan. 

Then it is topped with the cake mix and chopped pecans. 

Next melted butter is poured evenly over the cake before it is placed in the oven to bake.  

After the cake has cooled serve it up plain or topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
