INGREDIENTS Flour Powdered Sugar Heavy Cream  Butter Cream Cheese Almonds Eggs Crushed Pineapple Sugar Pineapple Juice

Finely chop the almonds with a knife or in a food processor.

Place almonds, flour, powdered sugar, and butter in a glass mixing bowl

Using a pastry blender blend together ingredients until well mixed.

Press mixture into the bottom of a 13x9 pan and bake for 20-25 min at 350 degrees.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and pineapple juice in a large mixing bowl until well blended.

Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust while it is still hot, bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

In a large saucepan mix together flour, pineapple juice and sugar, heat over medium heat until boiling, boil and stir for about one minute.

Remove from heat and fold in crushed pineapple. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form, mix into pineapple mixture and spread across the top of the cheesecake layer.

Cover and refrigerate for four hours to chill, cut into 12- 15 squares and serve! Top with whipped cream and cherries if desired!
