Randa has years of experience yo-yo dieting and jumping on fad diets, she realized that those things left her feeling frustrated, crabby, deprived, and weren’t sustainable ways to manage her weight and health.
So now she advises busy moms on how they can eat healthier foods, still enjoy their favorites, plan meals, and balance it all with less stress and more nutrition!
