We can jump in with both feet and decide that TODAY is the day when we will eat healthy, exercise, drink water… all the things, and then we get overwhelmed by trying to change everything at once.
I know personally I’ve lost and found pounds over the years, I’ve been frustrated by my belly, worried about my health (I have high cholesterol) and wanting to feel energetic and healthy!
