Let’s face it, being a mom is full of ups and downs, it is hard work, it can be overwhelming, and we can feel like we’re not doing enough even when we are doing everything!
How we talk and feel about motherhood MATTERS! If we feel underappreciated, if we are stressed out, if we don’t take the time to care for ourselves, it can be very easy to get overwhelmed and miss out on the joy that motherhood brings. We need to shift our focus from feeling like mom life is drudgery to seeing it for the happiness and beauty that it really is.
Tabitha has amazing advice for creating space in your life for self care, learning to embrace a family rhythm to calm the chaos, and how to truly embrace the years with your babies so that you are present and enjoying your moments as a mom.
