Spring is right around the corner and with it comes all the fun of Easter! Every year I try and think of fun things to fill up my boy’s Easter baskets, and give to friends and family.
Well, if you’ve poked around on the blog a bit you’ll see that I love homemade gift, and homemade products, so why not whip some up for Easter?
We are big bath bomb fans at my house, my 11-year-old loves them! So this year I decided that Easter egg bath bombs would be perfect for celebrating the Easter season this year!
These are super easy to make, and you don’t even need bath bomb
Here’s what you’ll need for these Easter egg bath bombs-
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Epsom salt
- 4 oz baking soda
- 2 oz corn starch
- 2 oz citric acid- you can find it in the canning section of your grocery store or on Amazon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp water
- 1 drop Peach Soap Colorant (optional)
- a few drops your favorite essential – I used sweet orange (optional)
- 1 ½ tablespoons round spring sprinkles
Supplies:
- Large bowl
- Whisk
- 7+ small plastic Easter eggs
- Small jar with lid
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
Now place your olive oil, water, colorant and essential oils in your mason jar and shake vigorously until well blended.
Now add your liquids into the dry ingredients a little at a time while whisking, it will start to fizz if you add the wet ingredients too fast, so slow down if it starts to fizz. (If it

Immediately fill both sides of your molds firmly pressing it in and then closing your mold.
