These soft pretzel bites are the perfect snack! Chewy, salty, and perfect for dipping they are great for parties! These easy homemade soft pretzel bites are always a hit with everyone!

INGREDIENTS  Flour Yeast Butter Egg Sugar Salt Water Baking Soda Coarse Salt

Add warm water, sugar and yeast to a mixing bowl and allow to sit 5 minutes for the yeast to proof.

Add in salt and melted butter.

Add in flour and place a dough hook attachment on a stand mixer.

Mix on medium high for 5 minutes to knead.

Gently knead by hand and then place in an oiled bowl. Lightly cover and allow to rise for about an hour, or until doubled in size.

Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead, divide into 8 pieces.

Meanwhile place baking soda in a large pot on the stove and bring to a boil. Preheat the oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Roll dough into long ropes and then cut into one inch sections.

Boil bites for about 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on prepared baking sheet.

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
