I love a hearty, delicious, easy breakfast.

This fits the bill.
It is full of whole grains, free of any refined sugar, and absolutely delicious!!
Here’s what you’ll need-
2 & 1/2- Cup Old Fashioned Oats
2- Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1- Cup Real Maple Syrup
1- Cup Coconut Oil
1- tsp Baking Soda
1- tsp Baking Powder
1/2- tsp Salt
1/2- tsp Cinnamon
1- tsp Vanilla
3- Cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3-Tbsp Corn Starch
Get your oven preheated to 325. Grease or line with parchment a 13×9 inch pan.
Now in a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix until well combined.
Now melt your coconut oil and pour it, the maple syrup and vanilla over the oatmeal mixture. Mix throughly.
Press about 2/3 of the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Now in another bowl toss the blueberries in the cornstarch until they are well covered.
Layer the berries over your layer of oatmeal mixture.
Now spoon on the remainder of your oatmeal mixture evenly across the blueberries, spread as evenly as possible.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
You can warm it up in the morning or serve at room temperature, its delicious either way!
