I am in love with this recipe.
It is super delicious, a little sweet, a little spicy, pretty much perfect. I made it a couple of weeks ago and my lucky parents happened to be arriving at the lake right as dinner was ready.
And because I love them, I fed them.
They thought it was delicious too!!
This is a step up from your typical burgers or hot dogs on the grill, or if you’re not grilling you can cook this in the oven and enjoy the tastiness from your kitchen.
Make extra though so you can feed hungry relatives and friends and hear how super delicious your dinner is!
Here’s What You’ll Need
4- Tbsp Lime Juice
3-tsp Sriracha (you can find this in the Asian section of the grocery store)
2-Tbsp Brown Sugar
1-tsp Sea Salt
6-8 pieces of Salmon
Ok now mix everything but the salmon together in a bowl.
If you’re grilling you’ll want to line your grill with foil, I personally love the non-stick foil!
Now brush some of the sauce on both sides of your salmon and place it on the grill. The sauce is quite liquidy (btw liquidy is totally a word even thought spell check doesn’t think so) but that’s ok.
Now cook for a couple of minutes on one side then flip. Brush the top with more sauce, cook another couple of minutes, flip again and brush with sauce… you get the hang of it. You’re going to keep flipping and brushing, or you can use a spoon, until the salmon is cooked through (about 10-15 minutes). As you keep glazing it the sauce builds up and coats the fish beautifully.
Now serve it up with your side dish of choice. I personally love it with rice!
