This recipes came out of a, I have fish and don’t know what to do with it, kind of situation.
What came out of it was a, “this is the best fish you’ve ever cooked,” kind of thing.

It’s easy, it’s quick, it’s delicious!
What you’ll need- this makes about 6 servings
2-lbs of Tilapia (frozen is ok)
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Butter
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp dried Basil
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1/8 tsp Celery Salt
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients but the tilapia and salt in a bowl, set aside.
Heat your broiler up and place your fish in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle them with a little salt. This topping is very flavorful, but I like to salt the fish just a tad, so it soaks in while it cooks.
Broil on high for 3-4 minutes. Remove and turn over, broil for another 3 minutes.
At this point I like to drain off some of the liquid that will have accumulated at the bottom of the pan. It’s not necessary but if you don’t it gets kind of soupy.
Now spread your Parmesan mixture across the fish, and broil another 3-4 minutes or until nice and golden brown.
That’s really it, like 15 minutes and you have a tasty dinner on the table!!
